Key responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring that business objectives are achieved. This role involves leading the executive team aligning commercial operational and financial priorities and ensuring performance targets are consistently met. The CEO will work closely with the board to develop long-term growth strategies oversee major investment decisions and manage key stakeholder relationships. They will act as the primary representative of the business externally while fostering a high-performance culture internally. The role requires balancing strategic planning with decisive leadership ensuring teams are aligned accountable and motivated to deliver sustainable results.
Required skills & qualifications
The successful candidate will have extensive senior leadership experience ideally as a CEO or Managing Director within a complex organisation. They will demonstrate strong commercial judgement strategic thinking and the ability to lead through change. Experience working with boards investors and senior stakeholders is essential alongside a proven track record of scaling businesses and driving profitability. Excellent communication leadership presence and decision-making skills are critical as is the ability to inspire and develop high-performing executive teams.
